For more than 20 years, I had been a litigation paralegal handling all sorts of litigation files in 4 different states including working on the Exxon Valdez Appeal case. During my legal tenure, I also worked on foreclosure cases. During my years in the legal field, I also was working a 2nd job as a real estate agent. Since October, 2007, I have been a real estate agent and then subsequently got my real estate broker license here in the State of Connecticut. I have been investing and “flipping” properties since early 2015 and to date, have seen double digit profits on every deal except one!
